Bonjour peeps,
Today it officially got COLD! I don't know if it's going to stay this way, but it was in the 40's all day today! Luckily today was the day I went shopping to buy myself a winter coat, because all of my sissy Texas jackets aren't going to cut it here! LOL!
Last night There was like a hurricane/tornado going on outside! The wind was blowing so hard and it was raining and raining and raining! I bet that's why it was so cold today! THERE IS ALSO OFFICIALLY SNOW ON THE VERY TOP OF THE MOUNTAINS BEHIND THE HOUSE! This morning my friend Caroline's mom picked me up to go shopping and when we were driving she goes, "Grace regarde la neige." I was so pumped when I saw it!:)
I also really like the coat I bought, so that has made me very happy today also! I think it's funny, because the only two things I bought today were a coat and a mini umbrella! Literally the two things I have been praying for since I arrived! They are also the two things you don't even think about in Texas! hahaha! But, now I have them and I am very happy to possibly be rained on less!:)
Well today was a very short post! I just wanted to talk about my new experience living in the arctic!:)
