Hola people,
This post is going to be pretty short because I dont have a whole lot of time right now, but I really wanted to post something right now... THIS VERY SECOND!:)
So today my family and I had christmas because we are going to poland tomorrow for a week!
Let me just say this was hands down probably the most unforgettable and most meaningful christmas I will ever have! We had a really nice dinner with the family and it really wasnt a dinner it was like a 5 course meal but it wasnt super heavy which was nice!:) Then after we all opened our presents at once at the table in this heck tick excited mess! LOL! I really didn't know what to ask for this year because I really didn't want anything! I already got everything I could have dreamed of wanting! So when my host parents asked me I just thought up a few things I thought would be cool and clothes I liked, but I really had no idea!
But when I opened my gifts today it was literally some of the best gifts because they were really meaningful.
So turns out we are actually going on a surprise trip to Prague tomorrow and after we are going to poland! I am seriously so excited and happy and I just dont have the words to explain my self properly! Then after that my host brother got me this sweat shirt that I saw and fell in love with that says, "PARDON MY FRENCH" on the front. I just had to have it because, well one its the name of this blog and two my french really does suck a little! LOL! Then after that my host sister olivia got me these adorable running leggings that I adore and my other host sister lea got me a sent diffuser for my room, I am extremely excited about this! Renata also got me this adorable winter scarf and some tea! I almost cried when I opened my gifts because I was so over whelmed and thankful for how lucky I am to have such an amazing family here! I didn't ask for one of the things they gave me, but they were all things I had mentioned that I liked or said I though was cute or that I wish I had, they had just been listening and that to me makes all the presents sooo meaningful!
Well thats all I wanted to say!:)
I wish you all a merry merry christmas and I will be back with a post from prague and poland next week!
XOXOX

hi! so I will be leaving for France at the end of January and I was wondering when I will get my school schedule and how that all works. Also if you have any tips or advice for me that would be great!
ReplyDeleteHi Kylie, I didn't get my schedule till I actually went to my school and picked it up the first day I had to go to school! I dont know if that is the same for every school, but I imagine so. Also I would highly suggest you bring your own writing utinsles and graphing calculator it will save money and confusion!:) Also as I am struggling with this problem right now, DO NOT OVER PACK, I know its so hard packing because you dont know exactly what you are going to need, but just remember you aren't going somewhere you can shop and they pretty much have all the same products as the US,( I am a summing thats where you are from). otherwise you will start getting a slightly cluttered and full room!:) Feel free to ask me anyone questions I would love to answer them!:) where in france are you going?
ReplyDeleteYou aren't going somewhere you cannot shop*** please excuse the typo
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! And I will be in the north of France right next to Belgium close to the city of Dunkerque!
DeleteOo cool so you in the same general area as me!
