Pre-departure

Hi y'all,
I am 62 days away from leaving for my exchange and I could not be more excited. This summer I've been having to do summer school to make sure I get credit for school since my high school doesn't take credit while I'm abroad!:/ But it's not that bad, I've also been trying to learn French. I'm starting to understand some, but there is definitely room for improvement. Haha!:)

Okay so here's a little about my host family (aka the people I'll be living with in trance)
My moms (aka ma mère) name is Renata and my dad's (aka mon père) name is Wojtec.
I have 3 host siblings all in there 20s! 2 sisters, Léa and Olivia!:) and 1 brother, David!

My town is called Wittelsheim. It is in North East France, in between the Vosges Mountains and the Germany and Switzerland borders! It's a pretty small town which is amazing for me coming from Austin, so you could say I'm excited about the change! My school is called Lycée Amélie Zurcher, I've looked at pictures and it seems cool. It's also only 2 miles from my house which is nice!

I probably won't write again till I'm literally leaving for exchange because nothing new is going to be happening till then.
